Why cheese?
Natalie loves cheese.
Add a cold beer, and it is perfection. What makes cheese and beer even better? If they are from Wisconsin.
Spotted Cow is sold in Wisconsin and nowhere else, so two cases came home smuggled in our kids’ camp duffels. We will also have wine and other things, but you really should give a cold Spotted Cow a try.
The cheese curds will be beer battered and fried. We ordered 10 pounds, direct from the Dairyland.

Seven o’clock in the evening, going late.
Show up whenever after seven. There is no program, no toast, no moment you have to be there for. There is just an evening and a very large amount of cheese going into hot oil.
Come hungry. Unless you don’t like cheese, in which case maybe have a bite beforehand.
